SWEET SHOP SWEET CART

Our tradtional Sweet Shop Sweet Cart, based on the idea of an old fashioned sweet shop, using our Rustic Handmade Wooden Cart featuring real Wheelwright wheels and cart handles, none of that flatpack MDF nonsense!

Our Sweet Shop Sweet Cart package includes;

Set up of cart in desired location
Jars, Scoops & Tongs
Old school Sweet Shop scales
100 Bags in the colour and style of your choice
Labels for Jars (If sweet package is added from us)
Option to add Sweet Package
If Sweet Package is added, we will fill the jars and leave it ready for guests to tuck into

Our cart uses electric LED lights, if power availability is an issue please let us know beforehand and battery lights can be used

If you wish to provide and fill with your own sweets then we will set up the cart and leave the jars for you to fill

Any excess sweets which won't initially fit into the jars will be left in the cupboard under the cart for later top up

Any sweets remaining on collection of the cart at the end of hire will be bagged up and left at the venue for you to collect.

Please note this is a drop off and set up only service, we can quote for an attendant to be present during service if requested. A £50 damage/loss deposit is required for all hires, fully refundable on collection of equipment in full and good condition.

Access Requirements

Please note that each our carts have certain access and siting requirements, such as door widths and flat ground etc. Please enquire as to the best option for your venue. If it's a venue we have done before we will be aware of its access ability. Sweet Shop Sweet Cart requires a regular 240v power socket for the lights, Battery powered lights can be provided on request if power is not available

Damage & Loss Policy - Terms and Condition of Hire

As with any hire agreement we expect our equipment to be looked after and not misused or lost during hire and the policy below applies to the hire of all packages.

Terms and Conditions

Placing an order with us verbally, by phone, Internet or any other method of communication constitutes you having read, understood and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Please read this agreement carefully. Upon entering into this agreement, you the hirer, agreed to be bound by the terms within.

These are the only terms and conditions upon which will form a binding contract with you. No alteration or substitution to these terms and conditions shall be valid unless agreed in writing by A Tad Delicious Ltd.

Within these terms and conditions reference to “equipment” “order/s” or “item/s” shall include Garden Games, Crazy Golf, Sweet Carts, Sweet Shop Sweet Cart and associated equipment and contents, and any other items hired by you from us under the contract for hire agreement.

DAMAGED & MISSING EQUIPMENT

Hired Equipment in your care shall remain your responsibility at all times.

When equipment is collected, any items which are damaged or missing in any way we have the right to charge you the replacement cost of a like for like item (no substitutes) or repair charge and invoice you within 48 hours of the event day. Any damaged equipment remains the property of A Tad Delicious Ltd and still requires to be returned to us.

We will make you or your designated contact aware of the damages or missing items on the day and take photos.

We require a £50 damage deposit for each hire package, fully refundable on collection of equipment in full and good condition. We reserve the right to charge any damages or losses from this deposit and invoice for any further costs beyond £50.

Details of these charges are available upon request. The hirer shall be solely responsible for the hired equipment. Hotels/venues/florists/wedding planners/ or any other third party involvement will be exempt from any responsibility regarding hired equipment and will not be held accountable should any damage or loss occur whilst in their possession.

Any equipment missing at the time of collection due to being removed from the designed area that they were set up in (unless previously agreed) will be classed as a loss, if found at a later time, they can be returned at cost to the hirer and if in good condition and no other hire bookings affected then the damage deposit can be refunded.

MISUSE

If at any point during the hire we observe our equipment being misused in a way that is likely to cause damage to our equipment or surroundings or be a danger to others, we reserve the right to remove equipment and end the hire without refund. Damage/loss charges will still apply if necessary.

PAYMENT

We require payment in full including damage deposit before any equipment will placed on site, if balance payment is not received before the day of hire we will not be able to continue with the booking and any booking deposit will be forfeited. On collection of equipment in full and in good condition, the damage deposit will be refunded within 48hrs.

LAW

These items and conditions and any contract formed between us shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your hire your statutory rights are not affected and complaints can be made by contacting A Tad Delicious Ltd.
